During Enada Primavera 2013, held in Rimini Fiera, Italy, Mr. Thanos Panousis, Vermantia Gaming Director was interviewed by Agicosnews:

“Q: Can you give us a brief overview of what Vermantia does for the International Gaming and Sports Betting Industry?

A: Vermantia is a leading service provider that creates, aggregates and delivers Live Gaming content to the Gaming and Sports Betting Industry, with a global portfolio of services in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Q: Is this the first time you have participated in Enada Exhibition?

A: Our company takes part in most major International Gaming and Sports Betting exhibitions, most recently we were present in ICE Totally Gaming in London, England. This is the first time we participate in Enada and we are very excited to be present in an exhibition for such a lucrative, well regulated and competitive market. We are therefore delighted to be in a position to exhibit our Virtual Games Services tailor-made for the Italian upcoming market.

Q: Can you tell me more about your services? What differentiates your retail offering from the competition?

A: Vermantia is an international provider of Virtual Games, Live Racing and Sports Betting Services. We strive to offer finalized products and services to our clients and we base a lot of what we do on innovative, in-house technology.

We differentiate our services from the competition by delivering our services via Satellite Broadcast which allows us to offer full human voice over in the local language.

In addition, we create fully customized turnkey solutions which allow the branding, and specific odds, localization, of the service for each customer addressed.

Finally, we offer our own in-shop technology, by developing and providing our own set-top boxes. This allows each customer to deliver a unique service, maintaining all branding aspects, and ensuring for the continuity of user experience for the player.

In Italy, we are delivering our Virtual Games service on behalf of INTRALOT Italia, which is powered by two leading Virtual games providers, Kiron Interactive and Inspired Gaming Group. Vermantia is responsible for the management, operation and the satellite broadcast delivery of the service direct to the retail network of Intralot Italia.

As a separate service, Vermantia will be offering a separate dedicated Virtual Games channel for Italian independent bookmakers powered by Kiron Interactive’s platform. This second channel will be also transmitted via satellite and will include full local human voice over. The channel will be transmitted to each bookmaker with the respective branding elements (Logo) for each.

Q: A lot of discussions in the Italian Gaming and Sports Betting revolve around the recent regulation of AAMS concerning the Virtual Games. What is your view concerning the introduction of Virtual Games in terms of a positive entry in the market for the Italian concessionaires.

A: This is very true; there has been a lot of speculation concerning the entry of Virtual Games in the market. There are a number of projections which indicate a positive outlook for virtual games in Italy. Virtual Gaming offers fast paced gaming with numerous betting opportunities throughout the day.

Based on our International experience with Virtual Games, the service is graphically appealing and entertaining, offering live in shops as well as online and offers very exciting betting opportunities which we hope will attract a wide audience to the retail outlets of Italian concessionaires.

Q: Thank you very much for your time, I hope you have a successful exhibition in Enada Primavera 2013.

A: It has been my pleasure.”
