Right of access. We do not keep any personal data on our website. Our contact forms are sent via email and any data provided are deleted. All messages sent through the website Contact From are delivered to company email email@example.com, which uses Microsoft as cloud service provider and the delivered email is saved and backed up by Vermantia’s IT team, in order to complete in full its undertakings towards its visitors and customers.
Newsletter subscription data are hosted by Mailchimp, a procedure mentioned above in the respective section. You are entitled to be informed as to whether VERMANTIA is processing personal data about you. If we are, you are entitled to receive information regarding, among other things, which personal data we are processing, the purposes of the processing, which external recipients have access to your personal data, and how long we save your personal data.
Right to data portability. You have a right to receive a copy of the personal data which you have provided to VERMANTIA, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to require that VERMANTIA transfers this personal data to another controller of personal data. The right to data portability applies to personal data which is processed in an automated manner and which is based on your consent or on an agreement to which you are a party.
Correction of erroneous data. You have the right to require that VERMANTIA corrects erroneous or incomplete information about you.
Deletion of certain data. Where we send your data.
Our email provider is Microsoft Ireland, 1, with its seat at One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, and it being within the European Union, it is a company compliant to the GDPR prerequisites.
Our newsletter service provider is Maichimp, and it is based in 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. It is GDPR compliant, as a company verified under the Privacy Shield Agreement. Any information is sent over SSL / HTTPS to ensure security.
How we protect your data. Our server has malware protection mechanisms, internal reporting systems and an email notification system if any suspicious activity is detected.
Moreover, we are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
